I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, and I really liked the separate smoking lounge and living room. The breakfast was delicious and the service from the friendly staff, especially the kind old ladies, was exceptional.

During our new year stay, we had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The friendly staff, particularly the older ladies who served breakfast, made us feel welcomed and added a warm touch to our dining experience. the spacious rooms were a major plus, with a partition that separated the smoking lounge from the living room, providing a comfortable and convenient space for relaxation.
While the hotel had its positives, there were also a few drawbacks. the location was a bit inconvenient as it was about a 30-minute walk from the nearest train station.

We stayed at a conveniently located hotel, just a short walk from the train station. Our spacious room was wonderfully partitioned into a smoking lounge and a cozy living room. the friendly staff served a delicious breakfast and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the hotel's on-site hot spring was a delightful perk, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. the room was also equipped with a clean fridge, ensuring our refreshments stayed cool.
Some areas of the hotel could have been cleaner.

Had a great time here during Christmas. the traditional decorations and live music were enjoyable. the hotel is located in a quiet area which is perfect for a peaceful getaway. the onsen hot springs were amazing and added to our overall relaxation. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes and fruits.
The room could have been cleaner. the fridge was dirty and there was some dust in the room.
